Our in house fashion pret-a-porter brand IOCO, believe in providing only the best choices of designs that portrays unique creativity, looks that transcends time as well as an artisanal qualities of products at the right affordable price.
Our stocks are available all year round and our collection are updated every quarterly for customers who wishes to purchase and carry right away or to pre-order and deliver.
Our brands are currently distributed by a few boutique owners around Europe, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
For buyers who are interested to do wholesale with us, these below are our usual steps of practice;
SELECTING YOUR PURCHASE
You may book an appointment to visit our showroom and view our collection on site, or you may request for a look book or catalog by email.
PRICE
Price is FOB Bali only
Therefore, price do not yet include VAT, or shipment fee.
MOQ
Minimum order quantity for wholesale is 60pcs with a minimum of 3 sizes per style.
ORDERING
When ordering, you must submit your purchase order (PO) by email to us in excel forms or some other format with clear style reference number, colours, quantity per size,etc.
Purchase order sheets are provided for buyers who are visiting our showroom.
Once we received your PO (Purchase Order) we will confirm the availability of your stock orders or (if needed) production schedule and estimated delivery time and issued a Performa Invoice (PI) of your order.
50% Down Payment is to be paid for pre-ordering before the given date line marked on the PI, and Balance Payment needs to be paid fully before date of delivery.
TIME LINE
Ready stocks are available to carry right away.
Pre order stocks needs a minimum of 2-8weeks of production time depending on the quantity of the order, readiness of our raw material.
For example;
pre-order styles with a ready to cut material will require only about 1-2 weeks of delivery time.
Production with more complex design or/and the fabric combination or/and require special finishing with further treatments, such as stone wash, sand wash, or tie dyes, etc. may take more than 4 weeks.
Digital printing on material will take up to at least 4-8 weeks.
Screen Printing & Dyeing will usually take up to 4-10 weeks depending on weather situation.
(note: bad weather such as rain/ humidity usually are not very friendly with timeline)
PAYMENT
Walking wholesale customer or carry right away stock purchases must be pay in full total of the invoice.
Pre-order wholesale customer, will require to pay 50% down payment from the total amount of Performa Invoice and the remaining balance payment are to be paid before date of delivery.
If payment are not made before the given payment date line, your order will automatically be nulled.
