What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?
If a wrong shipment has been delivered to you, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
This usually depends upon the location; else it takes five days for the delivery of an order. INDI products are made to order so it may take 20-35 days to deliver, depending on the garment’s style.
How can i track my order?
Once your shipment is booked from our side you will be receiving a system generated mail with courier details. You can track your order status using the same details on the respective courier’s website.
What are the shipping charges, are there any additional charges?
Please contact us directly with your preferred method and company for delivery.
Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?
No. You have to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.
What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?
If you notice that your parcel is damaged or tampered, you should refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging material. You need to get in touch with customer support immediately.
What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?
Courier companies usually call the customer to checks their availability. In case the delivery fails, the parcel is re-dispatched after taking appropriate instructions from the customer

What happens if the merchandise ordered is out of stock?
If a product goes out of stock while adding it to your shopping cart, you will be informed immediately and in such a case we refund the amount.

We do not store/retain your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, then please report this immediately to your bank.

Yes for brand INDI we offer bespoke services.
